ENROLLMENT—NEED TO KNOW
ENROLL: Online – quickest; In person and by phone – we’ll walk you through the procedures. We are a year round school with no long-term commitments. You may enroll anytime. Tuition is prorated in weekly increments based on your enroll dates.
MONTHLY TUITION: Tuition is paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 25th day of the (preceding) month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied on or before the last day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student. There will be a $10 decline/late fee added to any unpaid tuition.
WE DO NOT MAIL INVOICES: Monthly tuition statements will be sent to your email. We will notify you by email if your tuition is unable to process or is not received.
$38 ANNUAL FAMILY ADMINISTRATION FEE: This fee will be due on your anniversary. It covers software, web fees and other administrative costs.
20% FAMILY DISCOUNT: When more than one immediate family member is enrolled at the same time, ONLY the most expensive tuition in your family pays full fare; ALL lesser tuitions are discounted 20%!

To opt out of direct debit, simply pay your tuition using any alternative method of payment at least 24 hours in advance of the 25th and your card on file will not be charged.
JOINING: Enroll anytime.
CHANGING class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increases could apply. No refunds or credits will be given when transferring an enrollment. Your tuition will simply be transferred to the new class or program.
UN-ENROLLING: To un-enroll from class, you must let the front desk know by the 25th of the month and you will be dropped for the next month. You can call or email [email protected] . No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
MEDICAL REASONS: For medical conditions validated by a medical practitioner’s written statement, a prorated credit will be issued based upon the date the statement was received (requests after-the-fact eliminate Leaps & Bounds opportunity to fill a vacated class spot). Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Leaps & Bounds Sports Center will be closed the following holidays:
New Years Day
Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday
Fourth of July
Halloween/October 31st – no classes after 3pm
Thanksgiving Weekend – no classes after 3 pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Follow the instructions and fill out forms to create your account.
Current & Former Students/Families:
Go to the Parent Portal (Class Schedule & Registration flag)
Enter your email address and click on Forgot Password
A temporary password will be emailed to you. Reenter the email address and temporary password
From here you will be prompted to sign off on our waiver and permission documents
