Monthly Tuition
Tuition is paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 25th day of the (preceding) month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied on or before the last day of the month or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student. There will be a $10 decline/late fee added to any unpaid tuition.
Invoicing
Monthly tuition statements will be sent to your email, not your home address. We will notify you by email if your tuition is unable to process or is not received.To opt out of direct debit, simply pay your tuition using any alternative method of payment at least 24 hours in advance of the 25th and your card on file will not be charged.
Free Trial Classes
Not sure which class to put your child in? We offer one free trial class! You can call the front desk or register online.
Registration Fee
A $38 fee is applied to your account the first time your family enrolls in a class. This fee is charged annually on the anniversary of your first enrollment. It covers software, web fees and other administrative costs.
20% Family Discount
When more than one immediate family member is enrolled at the same time, ONLY the most expensive tuition in your family pays full fare; ALL lesser tuitions are discounted 20 percent!
Absences & Make-ups
We allow two make ups per month.
Make-ups expire two months after the day you missed the class or upon un-enrollment from the program.
To schedule a Makeup, you can log in to your account and use a make up token or call Leaps & Bounds at 225-665-7200.
Any make up class scheduled and not attended, will not be rescheduled. Please cancel ahead of time if you can not make your scheduled make up class.
Transferring to a New Class
Changing class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class. Tuition increases may apply. No refunds or credits will be given when transferring an enrollment. Your tuition will simply be transferred to the new class or program.
Dropping Your Class
4To un-enroll from a class, you must let the front desk know by the 24th of the month and you will be dropped for the next month. You can call or email [email protected]. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. If you need a refund after the 25th of the month, it must be before the 1st of the month and there will be a $10 processing fee.
MEDICAL REASONS: Dropping for medical conditions validated by a medical practitioner’s written statement, a prorated credit will be issued based upon the date the statement was received (requests after-the-fact eliminate our opportunity to fill a vacated class spot). Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Love us? Tell your friends! If your friend* names you as a referral and signs up for a class, you will receive one month of tuition (up to $94) for free!
*Friend must be a new student and not an immediate family member.
Inclement Weather Closures
On occasion, weather or other natural occurrences may force Leaps & Bounds to close. When this happens, we will do our best to accommodate you including, when feasible, rescheduling your missed class or providing you with an open gym pass. Leaps & Bounds does NOT align itself with the weather decisions of your school district, as there are multiple in the area we serve. We run activities from 9am-9pm, and bad weather can change in an instant. Official announcements about weather and related closings will be found first on our main Facebook page.
A Punctuality Plea
For the sake of your child as well as the other children in our facility, please be on time! Being late can be more distressing to a child than many families realize.
Parents to Remain Onsite
We are NOT equipped to supervise children before or after classes. Parents or caregivers of children too young to supervise themselves are to stay ONSITE. Thank you for making safety a priority!
Children With Special Needs
Leaps & Bounds is proud of its long history of success including children with special challenges into regular programming. Help us help you! Communicating to the Department Leader any unique needs your child may have is crucial to our ability to create the best experience for your child.
SAFETY NOTE: If any child’s participation in any way jeopardizes the SAFETY of that child, other children, or adults at our facility, Leaps & Bounds will request that a parent or adult caregiver be present in the class with them.
