Why become an acrobat?

Our Acro Heat program, has enjoyed a long history of success at local levels and as an official USAG member team at the Acrogymnastic National Championships. We help our athletes become the best versions of themselves through long hours spent together at practice, intense competitions, and expert guidance from our knowledgable coaches. Acro is an intense and demanding sport both mentally and physically. Our coaches are selected, not only for their character and alignment with our mission, but also based on their firsthand expertise as former acrobats themselves.

One of the beautiful things about this sport is that the intitial requirements to get started are basic: strong cartwheel, handstand, rolls, and a desire to work hard. Both boys and girls ages 5-25 may participate in the sport. Our season begins in the fall, with competition starting in Feb-July. If your child is interested in acro, we can evaluate them for placement. Stop by the front office to set up an evaluation or email us using the button above.

Not interested in Competition?

Check out our Recreational Acro page! Just like our many other rec programs, our Acro classes are held only 1x weekly, and are a great option for kids just getting interested in the sport. These classes are a great way to participate in the amazing sport of acrobatic gymnastics, without the pressure of competition or intensive time commitment.
