Kids Ninja Classes - Learning Skills and Having Fun!
Ninja is a sport inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance. Ninja embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. In Ninja classes, children learn a sequence of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks in combination with strength and agility courses. There are specialized classes based on age and readiness.
Stop by the Front Desk and purchase your class T-Shirt ($25) and achievement sleeve ($10). During class, badges are given out for goals met.
Ninja Class Categories:
Mini Ninjas, Ages 3-4
$79/month (30 min)
Mini Ninja classes are the most basic, teaching preschoolers how to learn in a class environment. They learn locomotor skills, independence, rolling jumping, hanging and climbing. The class age range is 3+ and they last 30 minutes for $79 a month.
Ninjas, Ages 4+
$96/month (45 min)
Our standard-level ninja classes are for kids who are 5+. These kids learn running and agility games, swinging, basic trampoline and handstanding. These skills take about 6 months of training. The classes are for 45 minutes and the monthly tuition is $96 a month. Mighty Ninja classes are a nice intermediate level for kids 8+. These classes consist of handstand walking, cartwheels, roundoffs, handspring training, front flips, rope climbing, and parkour vaults.
Mighty Ninjas, Ages 6+
$98/month (1 Hour)
Mighty Ninja classes are a nice intermediate level for kids 6+. These classes consist of handstand walking, cartwheels, roundoffs, handspring training, front flips, rope climbing, and parkour vaults. Mighty ninjas training for an hour at a time for a price of $98 a month.
Master Ninjas, Ages 8+
$98/month (1 Hour)
Master Ninja program offers 1 hour long classes, teaching the kids, handsprings, back flips, side flips, wall flips and spins, and advanced combo vaults for a price of $98 a month. The ages range from 8+. This is our most advanced class that is most closely related to American Ninja Warrior. Most ninjas conquer this class after about two years of training. All in all ninja is a great way to stay in shape for sports in between seasons and to help kids to grow into healthy well adjusted adults.

Malik Dalton - Ninja Director
At age 25, Malik has been living in Baton Rouge his entire life. He has worked with kids for more than 5 years, including the last four as a coach. When he was younger, Malik always loved running around outside, doing flips, and climbing trees - all things that he now gets to help kids learn through our ninja classes! Malik is passionate about teaching his ninja classes because he gets to have as much fun as his athletes do every single day.
